Intelligent freeze-drying process:

-PLC control system, LCD large screen displays important process parameters: condenser temperature, laminate temperature, sample temperature, system vacuum degree, process time, alarm information, etc; Ensured the freeze-drying effect and sample quality.

-Freeze drying formulas can be set, with 10 freeze-drying steps per formula. The layer board is heated in a gradient to meet the freeze-drying needs of different samples.

-The unique Lyologger software can draw freeze-drying curves to help users study the freeze-drying process and characteristics of samples, ensuring freeze-drying effectiveness and reproducibility.

Widely applicable

Not only does it provide a -55 ℃ cold trap suitable for freeze-drying water-soluble samples such as conventional proteins, but it also provides a -85 ℃ cold trap and a PTFE coated cold trap suitable for freeze-drying samples containing organic solvents and corrosive samples.

Other characteristics

-Quick input and storage of freeze-drying programs can be done on the touch screen, and manual, semi-automatic, or fully automatic modes can be selected for completion;

-An electromagnetic valve is installed between the vacuum pump and the condenser, and the vacuum degree of the system is fully controllable throughout the process;

-Two PT100 temperature probes are installed inside the cavity to monitor the temperature of the laminate and product throughout the entire process;

-The starting temperature of the vacuum pump can be set, and the vacuum pump will only start when the condenser temperature reaches the set temperature. Ensure that there is no liquid moisture in the cold trap when the vacuum pump is started.

-There are two operation modes to choose from: fully automatic and semi-automatic;

-In fully automatic mode, pre freezing - primary drying - secondary drying - end of freeze-drying - automatic electric heating defrosting. The entire process automatically jumps.
